Adam Schoeman has been involved in security for several years, selling his soul early on as a consultant, but quickly reclaiming it by focusing on applied research, running the security program for a financial institution and is currently a Senior Security Intelligence Analyst at SensePost. He has had numerous papers published in academic proceedings and journals and has presented research at industry, academic and scene security conferences. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science with a specialisation in information security and has the usual HR-dambuster certifications. Blue teams, threat intelligence, incident response and data science interest him and he is currently working towards a PhD, just as soon as he builds up the courage to tell his wife.
